We welcome ALL cats and dogs, regardless of breed or size!

We understand the wonderful value that a pet can bring to your home- this is why we have made a commitment to our residents to promote a safer atmosphere for our four-legged friends! Participation in the program is filled with tons of perks- talk to your agent today!

Our Pet Policy

  • Grant 79 is pet-friendly, allowing dogs and cats.
  • Two pets are permitted per apartment home.
  • A pet addendum and vet records are required prior to the pets' move-in.
  • All breeds and weights are accepted upon interview.

Pet Fees

  • A $300 one-time nonrefundable fee for each pet is required at the pets' move-in.
  • $30 monthly pet rent per pet
  • $50 per dog, a one-time nonrefundable World Pet Registration Fee required per dog
